We request only the information needed to respond to an inquiry, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, and project description.
How information is used
Information submitted through the service inquiry form is used to review your request, contact you about the service, and handle any follow-up communications. Submission does not establish a client relationship or confirmed appointment.
Service providers
Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection. When enabled, our inquiry system uses a third-party email delivery service to transmit requests to our business inbox. These providers may process information needed to deliver their services.
Security and appropriate content
Do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or confidential client data in the form. No internet submission or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiries only as needed for the business relationship, operational records, and applicable legal obligations. To request correction or deletion of inquiry information, reply to a prior MillerWorks email communication. Contact instructions will be updated when the business email is configured.
